RBS + EYFP (Cyanobacteria-Optimized)

Here, we have an RBS coupled with enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP). The RBS is native to cyanobacteria Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 and EYFP is codon optimized for Synechococcus elongatus PCC 7942. This can be coupled with a promoter in a NSII or NSIII vector for promoter characterization.
